Country Air Radio Classifieds – Registration Terms

Welcome to Country Air Radio Classifieds — your local connection for buying, selling, trading, and sharing community notices across Nova Scotia and beyond. By registering for an account, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended or removed without notice.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact Country Air Radio immediately.
3. Acceptable Use
Registered users agree to post only lawful, respectful, and community-appropriate content. The following are not permitted:
- False, misleading, or deceptive listings
- Spam, chain messages, or repeated postings
- Offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory content
- Listings involving illegal goods, services, or activities
- Copyrighted or trademarked materials without permission
Country Air Radio reserves the right to remove or edit any post that violates these standards.
4. Posting Guidelines
- Keep listings clear, accurate, and honest.
- Include contact details only in designated fields.
- Avoid duplicate or repeated postings.
- Classifieds are generally posted for 30 days, unless renewed or removed earlier.
- Country Air Radio may limit the number of active listings per user to ensure fairness.
5. Fees
Most community listings are free at this time. However, Country Air Radio reserves the right to introduce premium or paid options in the future. Any such changes will be clearly announced before implementation.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your posted content but grant Country Air Radio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your listing.
7. Disclaimer
Country Air Radio acts only as a community notice board. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listings, products, or services offered by users. All transactions are at your own risk.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, or disputes arising from user interactions.
8. Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, particularly for misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.
9. Privacy
Your registration information will be used solely for communication related to your listings and account management. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
10. Amendments
Country Air Radio may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the classifieds after changes means you accept the updated terms.
